Treatment: 4-10 Sessions (as a general guide)
Related to: How long and how serious the complaint or injury is.
What to expect: After the first and second sessions some may experience relief but others may feel a little more discomfort over the next few days. Try not to do too much too soon but wait until the whole system is healed. Once the problem and the surrounding tissue and muscle have been built back up to optimum strength then you need to be aware of maintaining good form. Seek early treatment if discomfort occurs again.
